Tune in on WCHL Chapelboro 97.9FM!
Saturday 3:00PM – Sunday 8:00PM
Chef Kelly Taylor is a culinary innovator with a 'bring it on' attitude! She created a new kind of culinary school where future chefs learn the vital relationship between health and food at the Natural Chef Culinary School in Pittsboro, NC.
She continues to connect the dots between good food, health and community as a cooking teacher, radio show host of 'Say Yes to the Chef' and author. Kelly is breaking new ground with the development of The Blue Dogwood Public Market in downtown Chapel Hill. The market is the area’s first food hall created to help small food businesses thrive while connecting the community to the people who feed them.
Chef Janice Escott knows all the culinary tricks after decades of experience in the kitchen and is eager to share them with anyone willing to learn. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London and with culinary legends Jacques Pepin and Julia Child! Janice has done it all: Radio show host of 'Say Yes to the Chef' in North Carolina and 'Food and Fun' in California, weekly food columnist, cooking school owner, bed and breakfast owner, cookware store owner, and has traveled the world teaching on land and sea.
